It is truly a delectable dish. We brought home a few boxes of the little crozets and I finally made a version last night. The one I had in France was very creamy, so I added some cream along with the creme fraiche and butter and fat from the lardons! Not a dish to make every day but once or twice a year for a treat. I would post a photo but I don't see any way to do that here.
